What a beautiful place! You get everything in one hike, woods, wetlands, summit of a baby mountain with breathtaking views at the top, and a beach. It's just a perfect trail.
Morse Mountain Seawall Beach is a treasure. When the tide is less than high you can walk all the way to Popham Beach and back. At low tide you can walk up to one of the small islands. The hike in is a combination of gravel and paved. It is …
This is a gorgeous hike out to a beautiful ocean beach. Be aware that parking is quite limited, the beach is a protected conservation area so please respect the signs and stay on the trail, and at any high tide over about 9.5 feet expect …
Wanted a mild hike and this hit the mark pretty well. It's low over all elevation, however the elevation happens pretty suddenly so do prepare for that. Short side path at about the halfway point that brings you to a peak with a great view. Highly recommend, good for all hikers.
This is such an enjoyable hike with a rewarding halfway point sights overlooking the ocean at the top of the mountain as well as coming to the breathtaking views welcoming you to the ocean!

What a great beach...!!! It's a little bit of a walk(+/- 40 mins...+/- 2 miles) but well worth it if you want to be alone. The beach is a couple miles long which makes it even that much more secluded. …
May 16, 2021 - Imagine using “Blow pop” to describe your Bates-Morse adventure . . . It’s two treats in one ! There’s a 1 mile gradual gravel road hike to the Morse Mt. summit. Then you can trek the 1 mile descent on a semi-paved …
